• Miss Emma West: Foul mouthed xenophobe or Political prisoner?

Warning: The above video contains offensive language. This YouTube video (that the police have asked You Tube to remove) is of an incident filmed on Monday 28th November, 2011. Miss West was later arrested by British Transport Police and was charged with a racially aggravated public order offence under Section 4A of the Public Order Act 1986. Miss West was held in overnight in police cells and appeared before Croydon Magistrates Court on Tuesday 29th November. Miss West, a 34-year-old mother of two did not enter a plea to the charge, and has been remanded in custody while psychiatric reports are prepared. It was revealed in court that Miss West has been suffering from depression since she was 18, receiving treatment at facilities in Purley and West Croydon. Miss West is due to appear before Croydon Magistrates’ Court again on Tuesday 6th December 2011. Her children have been taken into care by Croydon Social Services.

British Gazette comment: It is clear that Miss West is both a foul mouthed xenophobe and a political prisoner.

She should be entitled to her opinion and freedom of expression, but this should not constitute a licence to verbally abuse and harass one’s fellow human beings. Equally however, the element of political persecution is evidenced in two forms:

Firstly: the existence of the charge itself – the words “racially aggravated” – says it all. Parliament (which let us remind ourselves is in actual fact an unlawful assembly) has singled out offences with a racial motivation for especially severe treatment that by definition puts Miss West into the category of committing a political offence.

Secondly: the severe treatment Miss West is receiving. A remand into custody which will represent a two week prison sentence (50% remission) by the time of her next appearance in court. The removal of her two children is inevitable when a mother is incarcerated.

How the authorities deal with Miss West will illustrate just how far this country will have progressed towards totalitarianism.

    • It costs £64 billion a year, to employ the 700,000 unelected British officials employed by our pseudo Government’s 1,130 quangos, set up to enforce EU Laws, rules and regulations upon us. They are traitors committing High Treason.

It could be argued that Miss West has acted unlawfully, by causing a breach of the peace, but as no one has suffered harm, loss or damage to their property, it would be difficult to persuade a jury to convict her.

Knowing that everyone accused of braking the law, and I do mean everyone, is entitled to challenge their accuser in a Court de jour; a jury composed of their peers. Should the jury decide that they, in similar circumstances to the accused, would have reacted in the same manner as the accused, can return a ‘Not guilty’ verdict.

However, the criminals in Parliament and their accomplices, the judges, are hell bent on removing our rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights, and inflict non-crimes upon us.

We are in the comical position where we can now be arrested and bushwacked by the lower courts, because we have said something that has someone claims has caused them offence on behalf of someone else.

I see the Family Courts, the child abduction specialists, who operate on heresay evidence, and the gagging of parents have sprung into action.

Law in Britain has been replaced by dicktats, well all dictatorships thrive on them and neighborhood spies.

    • Whilst it is true her language was unacceptable, her message wasn’t. The fact is this is what will happen when so-called ‘mainstream’ politicians steadfastly refuse to listen and act-upon the British people’s wishes to end mass immigration. Many perfectly decent, law-abiding members of the indigenous population are sick to death of having their communities changed beyond all recognition and made to feel like foreigners in their own country.

    • I found this clip most disturbing in many ways. The poor woman obviously needs help ………….. I suspect that she is driven to behave in this unacceptable manner by something which many other reasonable persons will understand but cope with in a different, more acceptable style. I hope that she gets the help she clearly needs and particularly hope that the child gets help and good care.
