• Would you have bought a used submarine from this man?

Left, is the Rt. Hon. Mr. James Arbuthnot, Tory Member for North East Hampshire. The Europhile MP was Minister of State for Defence Procurement between 1995 and 1997. This means he had responsibility not only for buying new kit but selling old kit as well. To the question in today’s article, the answer most British Gazette readers would give would be an emphatic No. This is of course because Arbuthnot has taken a solemn oath as a Privy Councillor to see to it “…..that no Foreign Prince, Potentate or Power shall have precedence in this land…..” and at the same time supports the unlawful and unconstitutional handover of the government of this country to a foreign power. British Gazette readers will of course know the cut of this man’s jib.

Unfortunately, our Canadian kith and kin did not know the cut of Arbuthnot’s jib back in 1996 when they agreed to purchase four submarines that had been laid up in a poor state of repair from Mr Arbuthnot.

Below are two parts of a Canadian TV documentary about the scandalous way the Canadians have been treated. This especially since they came forward so willingly and in such large numbers to this country’s aid in the two world wars of the 20th Century. The British Gazette’s message to Arbuthnot? This is not the way to treat your friends and family who came to you aid in years past.
